Office space shell building Located at 5th street and Bellamah in Albuquerque, NM.The job consisted of furnishing electrical and mechanical professional engineering services to provide drawings for the construction of a 11,495 sqft. shell building. The building was designed to accommodate 5 to 6 tenant spaces. Each space will have an individually metered electrical service. The shell building will be designed to accommodate HVAC and other electrical loads.
