The scope of work included upgrading various kitchen equipment and plumbing
lines; upgrading electrical service throughout the school. Further, there was a
need to replace the existing roof with a new membrane roof, in conjunction with
replacing existing wall heaters, and coolers with energy efficient roof mounted
units.
