STC Engineering provided Construction Drawings and Specifications for the HVAC upgrade of the Commission of the Blind building located in Albuquerque, NM. The HVAC design included demolition floor plan of existing rooftop HVAC ductwork, material, and equipment, demolition floor plan of existing rooftop HVAC ductwork, material, and equipment, demolition roof plan of existing HVAC rooftop heating and evaporative cooling units, equipment, piping, and ductwork, revised floor plan of new HVAC ductwork, material, and equipment, revised roof plan of new package gas fired heating and refrigerated air single zone rooftop units and ductwork located on the roof, revised plan of new duct systems with diffusers, grilles, and registers in the interior ceiling space, verify existing evaporative cooling units cooling capacity is adequate for cooling open work and storage areas and resize and redesign if required.
