The design services provided included the complete renovation of this historic landmark. The KiMo Theatre is a unique Pueblo Deco style registered Historic Landmark. It is owned by the City of Albuquerque and operated for the citizens of the community by the Cultural Services Department. The KiMo Theatre is located at 423 Central Ave. NW, at the corner of 5th and Central in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico. The theatre seats 650 persons for a wide variety of local, national and international events presented by various regional and national producers and the City of Albuquerque.
