The scope of work included replacing roof, installing new mechanical units throughout the school, a general upgrading of the kitchen – to include the sewer lines, and providing an upgraded electrical service. Further, in an effort to eliminate environmental problems with existing bare ground and to create positive drainage for the central courtyard, a new French drain system was installed.
