STC Engineering provided
complete electrical and mechanical design for a new 385 deluxe suit hotel on
downtown Seattle’s most popular waterfront location. The hotel contained 4
restaurants ranging from the highest quality dining facility to a casual cafe.
STC provided the complete design for electrical systems, lighting systems, the
kitchen and food preparation facilities and special systems consisting fire
alarm, fire suppression, and communications systems.
